From speed on the fjord to calm at the long table
We pick you up by RIB in Trondheim, Stjørdal or another harbour in Trøndelag. The ride across the Trondheimsfjord comes with wind in your hair and views of islets, seabirds and perhaps a curious seal. Then the pace slows. The boat glides towards land, where an old boathouse waits on the shore at Frosta.
Inside, candles are lit. The long table is set, and the air smells of food made from produce from the fjord and the surrounding farms, served by Mor og Far café and bar. There is no rush here. Just good food, a glass if you like, and time to talk while evening settles over the fjord.

Ticket per person
On some Thursdays this summer we open Pakkhuset for individual bookings. You are picked up by RIB and get a seat at the long table with other guests, with a troubadour and a three-course meal.

Two boathouses to choose from
The Pakkhuset warehouse at Småland
20–60 peopleA spacious warehouse by the sea with long tables, sheepskins and candlelight. In summer decorated with wildflowers and string lights.
The Kjørsvik boathouse in Sørgrenda
8–30 peopleA small, cosy log boathouse with a view of the fjord. Perfect for the smaller group.

Want a Christmas party that stands out? In November and December the boathouse on Frosta becomes a Christmas party venue with candlelight, long tables and a traditional Christmas dinner from Mor og Far. You are picked up by RIB or bus from Trondheim or Stjørdal, and the evening can be spiced up with a troubadour, coffee and stories.
Suitable for company Christmas parties, groups of friends and teams of 8 to 60 people. From NOK 2,900 per person with RIB return from Trondheim, excluding drinks.
